Born and raised in upstate New York, Becky’s passion for creating art has been constant ever since she can remember. Her love of painting led her to a formal study of Art at Brigham Young University-Idaho. It was there she had the opportunity to study under one of the top wildlife artists in the world, Leon Parson.

In 2008, she received a scholarship to Scottsdale Artist School where she studied under Mike Malm. Soon after, she received 1st place after entering the annual Juried Exhibition at Brigham Young University- Idaho. Becky captures a part of history that reminds us that the hard work of our family members not only stays with us in spirit, but act as reminders that hard work leads the way for many to obtain their dreams.

”I always knew I wanted to be an artist- but for a long time, I didn’t know which direction I wanted to take. One day while I was sitting in Art History class we studied William Bouguereau’s, “The Broken Pitcher”. That was the first painting that really moved me and touched my heart. It has been my inspiration ever since. In my paintings, I strive to not just make a beautiful painting- but to touch someone, to make them feel something. If I have done that, then I have succeeded.”

Becky currently resides in Bella Vista, Arkansas, with her husband Cameron, and their three sons, Cruz, Kian and Dax.
